I enjoy working with my clients to help them move better, feel better, and perform better.
This can be through weight loss, strength gain, improvements in cardio-respiratory fitness, or increases in joint mobility. My fitness journey has taken me through exercise physiology research, Division 1 NCAA strength and conditioning, group fitness, and personal training.
