My training style is ever-expanding. I've been a trainer/coach for nearly 11 years and my passion for the profession continues to grow each year. The allure of physical goal attainment has had me hooked since my first set of bicep curls, but there is nothing more rewarding than seeing a client achieve their goals. I enjoy most sports but personally partake in strength & endurance training, Muay Thai kick boxing and triathlons (3x Ironman race finisher). We create tomorrow's energy with today's efforts, so lets energize our future.

I believe true health is defined by having your body work right and at its fullest potential. My goal is to help clients achieve their full potential. For total fitness, I believe strength, endurance, flexibility and proper nutrition should all be equal parts of the equation.
My experience is wide ranging. I’ve trained national level bodybuilders and the 95 year old trying to prevent a catastrophic fall. My depth of knowledge in human biomechanics helps me see those things usually missed. My education and experience helps me help you through those tough times in training where your body wants to limit you. You can’t have proper form, unless you have proper biomechanics.
