Asanas include sun salutations, core isolation, standing poses, balancing postures, seated and reclining poses, backbends and inversions. Special emphasis is placed on moving meditation.
Yoga based on Sun Salutations and the “Vinyasa”, which incorporates push-ups and moving from the floor to standing poses in sequences in order to raise heart rate. There is an emphasis on core strength - flowing from pose to pose works the entire body!
