This heated class flows from Ashtanga to Hatha to Vinyasa to cultivate balance, flexibility, strength, endurance & relaxation. This is a strong, rejuvenating and fun class with authentic music! Asanas include sun salutations, core isolation, standing poses, balancing postures, seated and reclining poses, backbends and inversions. Special emphasis is placed on moving meditation.
Yoga based on Sun Salutations and the “Vinyasa”, which incorporates push-ups and moving from the floor to standing poses in sequences in order to raise heart rate. There is an emphasis on core strength - flowing from pose to pose works the entire body!

You will need a general knowledge of Salutation to the Sun. Move deeper into your mental and physical practice, while maintaining a Vinyasa mixed with inversions. Inversions will be broken down and demonstrated, then inserted into the Vinyasa. The class will be heated to 95 degrees.
