Located in the heart of Little Italy, the iconic and vibrant neighborhood of the downtown San Diego area, is Fit's fifth and newest location. The 28,000 square foot fitness facility is inside of the Carte Hotel & Suites, an upscale boutique hotel. The club is open to hotel guests and local residents, offering everything from indoor cycling, yoga, and specialty group exercise classes.

This fun Hatha Vinyasa Yoga class welcomes beginning to intermediate levels. We recommend Hatha classes for students who want to slow down, intensely deepen your practice and rejuvenate.
