This curated circuit training class pushes your perseverance, resolve, and GRIT. You’ll improve your body composition with a split focus during the week using a variety of strength equipment and cardio machines. Designed to be a small class with a maximum of 12 members to ensure you’re getting the accountability and motivation you need (LOWER BODY FOCUSED).
