Event Details

Mat Pilates is a strengthening and elongating form of exercise that focuses on your core or powerhouse (trunk) muscles while also training your whole body. Mat Pilates is based on the original exercises Joseph Pilates. It involves stability work, standing and mat work, use of props, coordination and balance, and a deeper sense of strength and mobility. Low impact, isolated movements that flow and move with smooth transitions.
