Event Details

Yin Yoga works deeply into our bodies with longer, passively held poses. This style of yoga targets your deep connective tissues, your fascia, ligaments, tendons, and joints. Because poses are held longer in this style of yoga, you have the opportunity to turn inward in a more meditative practice and learn how to breathe through any discomfort. This class will end with a guided meditation, where you will be talked through an experience to achieve a mentally clear and emotionally balanced state of being. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MAT!
