FAQs OLD
COVID-19
1. What health measures has Fit taken during the COVID-19 pandemic?
Fit is providing a heightened level of cleaning and disinfecting systems, limiting capacity throughout our clubs, and educating and enforcing a safe environment for our community.
Upon entering the club, members and employees will undergo a thermal screening. Individuals with body temperatures greater than 100 degrees will be asked to return home.
The club will close for thirty minutes every hour and a half to allow for proper disinfecting and cleaning of high traffic areas. Every staff member and management staff will be scheduled to clean and disinfect high traffic areas every thirty minutes beginning at 6:00 am.
Additional disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizers have been added throughout the club. Members will be required to clean their workout equipment and space with provided disinfectant wipes before and after each workout.
A social contract will be signed by each team member and member to solidify our joint effort to keep our community healthy and safe.
2. Are face masks required while working out?
Yes. Facemasks are required at all times, covering both mouth and nose.
3. How is Fit practicing social distancing?
We have reduced our occupancy to 25%. Members must reserve a designated time spot for their workout to avoid any overcrowding.
Equipment is spaced and marked for social distancing. Members are expected to keep 6 feet of space between each other. Plexiglass shields are used at service desks and stand here markers have been placed at the front desk where lines naturally form to guide members. Tables and chairs in the cafe, lounge, and pool areas have been adjusted to provide seat-to-seat distancing. Open fitness floors have been redesigned to spatial distancing and members will be required to keep 6 feet of space between each other.
4. What amenities are currently available?
All amenities are currently available aside from the use of saunas and steam rooms in compliance with state mandate.

This will reset the password and send you an email. If you are still having trouble logging on please contact your Membership Representative.

Group Classes
1. How do I attend a group fitness class?
Class participation will be reduced to accommodate social distancing with 6 feet between members. All classes are on a first come first serve basis.
2. Can I reserve a spot?
Yes. There is a $5 fee to reserve a spot and this fee guarantees members a spot in the class. Members do not have to reserve a spot. You can go to the class and take a chance that a reserved spot will not show up and then participate in the class without paying a fee. If a class isn’t fully booked then standby entry to classes will be on a first come first serve basis. If a member reserves a spot and does not show up their account will still be charged the $5 fee.
Members will be able to reserve their spot 24 hours before the class begins and up until 2 hours before the class starts. Members can also log on and cancel their reservation at any time.
To reserve a class your first time you must create a new login for classes either directly from our online schedule or from Fit App that we have always used to manage our classes. This login will be used each time you book a class. Members must use the same email address for the class reservations system that they have on file for their member account.
