In preparation for celebrating my 34th birthday I decided to get focused and start working with a trainer again. I had 5 weeks to make it happen and I knew with help I could do it! I signed up with David Sutton to train twice a week, total of 10 sessions.
Now some of my friends would ask me "Why do you need a trainer? You know what to do." My answer was easy: Even for someone who works in the fitness industry having a personal trainer takes you to a whole other level. The accountability, knowing that I have someone to answer to each week, tracking my progress, working to help achieve my goals and offering support and motivation the entire time.
David Sutton was amazing in all aspects. Knowledgeable, fun, prepared and truly motivating!
At the end of our 5 week birthday burnout I definitely achieved my goal. Slimmed Inches all-around, dropped a couple pounds and lost 2 % body fat. I felt strong, lean and sexy for my birthday celebrations. I went shopping for an outfit, of course, and trying on clothes was so enjoyable, everything looked and felt great on my body. I was even so happy with my results I booked a birthday photo-shoot.
For anyone debating if they should invest the time and money into working with a trainer I highly recommend David Sutton, It's worth it and you won't be disappointed.

If you are serious about working out than this is the gym for you. The gym has quality machines and weight training areas that are all kept up very well. If you are looking for a trainer than I highly recommend Natalie DiTerlizzi. I started working out with Natalie in October 2014. I sought out Natalie to help me loose the weight I gained during my pregnancy. During our first session (which was free) we had an in depth discussion about my goals and what types of workouts keep me engaged and get results quickly. She has created a program that has succeeded in both aspects!!! In three months time I have seen significant weight loss as well as inches. In fact I am in better shape now than before I was pregnant. She is knowledgeable about nutrition and what changes needed to be made to hit my goals. During our session she is always prepared and has my whole months worth of my workout program planned in advance. Natalie also emails me my workout plan promptly after going through it so I can follow it between sessions and checks in with me between sessions to see how i am doing. She also shares various fitness articles with me that she thinks I will find interesting. I have had a handful of trainers over the years and she has by far been the best and gotten the best results. I can't say enough great things about her!! So if you are finding yourself in need of a little butt kicking to help you get in gear and on your way to your fitness goals than please please please get Natalie on your team. You won't be disappointed!!

I walked into Fit Athletic Club at 250 pounds and knew two things: 1) I was very overweight and 2) I didn't want to be. I started working with Natalie, who put me through "fitness rehab." It was simple: Work out how she tells me to work out, eat how she tells me to eat, and always be 100% honest with her about where I fall short (my big issues are strange working hours and a love for scotch and pizza). Thanks to Natalie I lost 52 pounds! She is very knowledgeable and educated, and knows what needs to be done to get you the specific results that you want. My advice to anyone who wants to get in shape is - give Natalie a chance to change your life! Dedicate yourself, follow her instructions to the letter and get ready to change!

One year ago I walked into Fit Athletic totally out of shape, lacking motivation or energy and with pathetic noodle arms (I think I was able to manage five pushups and one questionable pull up). Life had dealt me several heavy blows leaving me pretty much broken, physically and mentally. I’ll never forget that first day training with Kyle Farley. I thought, “This guy is trying to kill me. What a jerk!” He introduced me to a burpee and I thought for sure he was making it up. I remember walking home not knowing if my legs were actually moving forward or at all, and thinking to myself "no chance am I going back!” But Kyle encouraged me to come back, and for some reason I trusted in him. And so it began! Only one year later... I am happier, healthier, stronger, more determined and confident than I’ve ever been in my life. And a lot of this I owe to Kyle.
Now I willingly get up at 4:45am every morning to go to the gym and bust it out like a beast. It’s the hardest thing I’ve ever done, and I’m so proud of myself! I'm so thankful to have found this thing in my life that brings me so much happiness. I’ve learned so much about myself and know that today, I possess the strength and determination to take on any of life’s challenges. To Kyle and all of my Fit friends and family, I sincerely say THANK YOU for saving me and changing my life. You’ll never know how much it means to me.
