My background was originally in hospitality management. When I was working in the hospitality industry, I felt so unhappy and unhealthy that I bit the bullet and hired my first personal trainer.
I was always interested in the weight room and weight training, but was intimidated and had no idea how to start. Not long after I was hooked! I loved fitness and training so much, within the first year, I got my Fitness Trainer Certification and shortly after became a Nationally Qualified NPC Bikini competitor.
My life goal is to bring others into a fit and healthy lifestyle while coaching them to develop, implement and live with positive fitness and nutritional habits.
With over twenty five years of fitness, rehabilitation and traditional martial arts training I’ve learned how to face change and create discipline; how to master one’s self, blow past set backs, fight to reach that “impossible” goal and continually drive toward the best life. Being able to show you how to win that fight; teach you how create fitness and feed your body for health and how to incorporate regular exercise into your life is what I do. With over 11 years experience working in the fitness industry, Drew has crafted his talents into a holistic approach to health and wellness. During his early years, Drew quickly mastered his training abilities and went from Master Trainer to business owner. He was able to open up his own boutique fitness studio in Capitol Hill DC. As Drew says, “I like to help you get your body back to the original blueprint of how to move”. While guiding his clients through his holistic approach, Drew quickly discovered how essential and critical proper form and technique is to your overall success. His goal is to challenge and encourage his clients to break past their physical and mental barriers by using High Intensity Interval Training, Corrective Exercises and Weight Management programs.
