My training style is ever-expanding. I've been a trainer/coach for nearly 11 years and my passion for the profession continues to grow each year. The allure of physical goal attainment has had me hooked since my first set of bicep curls, but there is nothing more rewarding than seeing a client achieve their goals. I enjoy most sports but personally partake in strength & endurance training, Muay Thai kick boxing and triathlons (3x Ironman race finisher). We create tomorrow's energy with today's efforts, so lets energize our future.
