Olive Baking Company is a family bakery that provides freshly baked bread, organic coffee and good conversation to our local patrons and businesses. We bake our breads and pastries daily, using recipes that have been uniquely handcrafted by us, our family and our friends. We offer a variety of artisan breads — Sourdough, Wheat, Telera, Brioche, and many more — perfect for day-to-day use or special occasions. Our pastries have become a Mission Beach favorite, as we bake cinnamon rolls, muffins, Kolaches (a sweet and savory Czech-inspired pastry), and many other tasty snacks.
