He will provide as much guidance as you need, whether you are completely new to the gym and looking for basic advice or if you are a well-seasoned gym veteran looking to take your training to the next level.

Justin has a background in exercise psychology and excels at explaining how the mind and the body work together. He specializes in muscular control and hypertrophy, supports body positivity, nurtures emotional well-being, fosters mental health and recommends healthier eating choices.
