Accelerating Towards a Cure for Cancer: Fit Athletic Joins Padres Pedal the Cause 2024

This year, we were honored to once again participate in Padres Pedal the Cause 2024. Every dollar raised supported collaborative research among San Diego’s top institutions, including UC San Diego Health, Rady Children’s Hospital, Salk Institute, Sanford Burnham Prebys, Scripps Research, and La Jolla Institute of Immunology.
We’re proud to be part of a community that has collectively raised over $21 million, funding more than 80 innovative research grants across different cancer types. What sets Padres Pedal the Cause apart is that 100% of the funds raised go towards research, ensuring that every contribution makes a meaningful impact.
Our partnership with Padres Pedal the Cause reflects our commitment to not only promoting fitness and wellness but also supporting groundbreaking medical research. Cancer affects us all, and by coming together, we can drive real progress in finding effective treatments and, ultimately, cures.
