As a partner of FIT you will gain access to a loyal fitness community, amenities that will increase value for your guests and/or tenants, experienced management, and full access to the Fit brand. We have three types of management models; Hotel, Residential and Boutique. Our hotel gym management model is primarily a for-profit business, our residential gym management model is primarily a value add for the residential community, and our boutique gym management model can be both for-profit or a value add to your community or guests. Fit will manage everything from facility design, layout and space planning in the initial phases all the way through grand opening. We will also manage day-to-day operations including staffing, sales, systems, community building and marketing. Use the Fit brand to attract the right clientele which will either grow your revenue or increase your value proposition.
