Ashtanga yoga focuses on a specific sequence of postures which are linked through movement and breath. The unique aspects to this practice include engagement of the internal locks and deep breathing which are used to assist the regulation of the flow of energy or life force. Ashtanga is an athletic flow combining strength, flexibility and stamina.
For your convenience (and Fido’s), Fit Solana Beach provides complimentary dog kennels located right outside the gym. Now your pup can join you on your jaunt to the gym and you can work out with your pup close at hand, knowing he’s safe and sound.
