I have spent the majority of my life training for something. From High School Athletics, to College Football, intense Military Training, and now becoming a well rounded Martial Artist. All my experiences have led me to a personal training position here at FIT Athletic Club. I take pride in passing along everything I have learned throughout my years of training and pushing people to become the greatest version of themselves.
